Kate and Wayne. 12th June 2009, Oulton Hall Hotel, Leeds

Kate and Wayne chose a new venue for us in Oulton Hall Hotel, and it was just perfect!

Kate looked amazing in her "Strictly Come Dancing" inspired dress (you can read more about this on the blog) and Wayne made the perfect partner. They both looked so elegant and the Hall provided the perfect backdrop for a truly beautiful day.

I was joined by the wonderful David Gates and together we really made the most of having such a good looking couple to photograph! However, there was lots to photograph on this wedding day as the couple's children were all great fun and happy for us to snap away at them, and the guests provided lots of photo opportunities too.

All in all it was really good fun and I think we enjoyed ourselves as much as the guests! The day was made even more special for me by the chance to meet up again with Rachel and Matt, a couple whose wedding I photographed way back in 2005. Nice to see them so happy and looking just as good as they did on their big day.
